Vastu-compliant flats on Dwarka Expressway, sector by sector (2026)

A vastu-compliant flat is one whose entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and toilets sit in directions that work, checked on the actual unit rather than the brochure. This page lists the projects on the Dwarka Expressway sector by sector, with a status for each and a note on what to watch in that sector.

Vastu-compliant means the layout of a specific unit places its main door, kitchen, master bedroom, toilets and centre in directions that support the people living there, confirmed by a compass reading on site. It is a property of the unit, not of the project or the developer. Our article on what vastu-compliant means explains the term in full and where its limits are.

How we grade

Every project on this page carries one of four statuses.

  • Vastu-verified. The expert has checked the typical layouts and found them sound, with at most minor corrections.
  • Largely compliant. Most layouts work. A few units, or one element such as the kitchen or a toilet, need a correction that is practical to make.
  • Needs review. Something in the plans warrants a closer look before you commit. This is not a verdict against the project. It is a flag to check the exact unit.
  • Not yet checked. We have not reviewed the layouts. This is the honest default until the expert has been through them.

A sector note is different from a project grade. It describes what the land and the road pattern tend to do, so it is context rather than a verdict: two projects in the same sector can grade differently, and within a project the units differ again.

How to use this page

Read the note for the sector you are considering, then the projects under it and their status. Send us the floor plans of the units you have shortlisted. The pre-purchase vastu check is a fixed-price package with a written verdict; the AI Vastu Check gives you a first pass in minutes. The Dwarka Expressway guide covers how the corridor is arranged, and the property dealer page explains how the vastu check and the deal come from one place.

Questions people ask about vastu-compliant flats

How to check Vastu before buying a flat?

Get the floor plan, confirm north on site with a compass, and check four things: where the main door opens, where the kitchen sits, where the master bedroom is, and where the toilets fall. The AI Vastu Check does this first pass in minutes; the expert confirms it.

Does Vastu apply for flats?

Yes. The entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and toilets of a flat all have directions and all can be checked. Some things cannot be changed in a flat, which is why the check belongs before the purchase.

Which direction is not good for flats?

There is no direction a flat cannot face. What matters is the layout inside: a south-west entrance, a kitchen in the north-east or a toilet in the north-east are the placements we look at first, and most have practical corrections.

Which project is best on Dwarka Expressway?

It depends on budget, ready or under construction, and how the specific unit is laid out. Two flats in the same tower can differ completely on vastu. Our sector-by-sector guide is the place to start.

Is vastu shastra applicable for flats?

Yes, with sensible limits. The direction of the entrance, kitchen, master bedroom and toilets can all be checked and many can be corrected. What you cannot change is the tower's orientation, so it is worth checking before you buy.

Is it worth investing in Dwarka Expressway?

For end use, the corridor offers ready inventory at a range of prices with the connectivity now in place. For pure investment, the answer depends on the entry price and the project, and we will tell you when it does not add up.
