Sobha City is a large apartment township in Sector 108, off the Dwarka Expressway and flanked by Delhi's reserved greens. It offers two- to four-bedroom homes in phases, the latest called Vista Residences.
The method
A project is not one layout. Sobha City has towers with several unit plans on each floor, and two flats in the same tower can differ completely on vastu: the unit on one corner opens to a different direction from the unit on the opposite corner, and their kitchens and toilets fall in different zones. So we check the unit you are considering, not the brochure.
We take the floor plan of the specific unit, confirm north on site or from the tower plan, and mark the eight directions on it.
