Every Vivant Properties service is a fixed package with a fixed price, whether it is a home visit in Gurgaon, an online consultation or a pre-purchase check on the Dwarka Expressway. The price depends only on the type and size of the property. It is confirmed in writing before any visit, and it does not change afterwards.

Most vastu consultants in Gurgaon quote on request. We do it the other way round. Each service is a package with a set scope and one price, so you can compare, decide and book without a negotiation.
Visits across Gurgaon, including the sectors on the Dwarka Expressway, are part of the package. For a visit outside Gurgaon, the fee is confirmed in writing before the date.
Only two things: the type of property and its size. A flat, a builder floor, an independent house, an office, a shop and a factory each have their own package, and the factory packages are set by plot size. The price does not depend on the area of the city, the day of the week or what the reading finds. If the expert recommends a remedy, it is a suggestion, and it never changes the fee.
The pre-purchase check is priced per unit, and the fee is adjusted against the home visit if you buy and later want the full audit. The property advisory on the Dwarka Expressway works on a fixed brokerage percentage, stated in writing before any site visit. There is no fee to talk, and no fee for the first call that decides which package you need.
