Gurgaon homes fall into three kinds: flats in towers, builder floors on plotted land, and independent houses in the older sectors. Each brings its own vastu questions. In a tower you cannot move the entrance or turn the building, so the check belongs before you buy. The corridor matters because that is where much of the new supply is. Sectors 102 to 113 are the apartment belt, and two flats in the same tower can differ completely on vastu. How it works
The method behind the Home vastu audit in Gurgaon, from the first call to the follow-up. The same steps run in a flat, a builder floor or an independent house.
Step 1
Call or WhatsApp with the address and, if you have it, the floor plan. We confirm the package, the fixed price and a visit time. If there is no plan, a hand sketch with the room names is enough to start.
Step 2
The expert takes readings at the centre of the home and at the main door, then confirms them in each room. Brochure plans often mark north loosely, so the reading on site is the one that counts.
Step 3
The plan is divided into zones by direction and each room is checked against its zone: the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, toilets, pooja space, study and the centre of the home. You walk along and hear the reasoning as it happens.
Step 4
Most findings have a practical answer: a bed turned, a cooking position moved, a store shifted, a colour or a mirror changed. Structural options are named too, but they come last and are rarely needed.
Step 5
You receive room-by-room notes with the finding, the correction and the priority. The notes are yours to keep and to hand to a contractor or a family member.

There is no standard rate in India, and most consultants quote on request. Our packages are priced by property type and size, and the price does not change after the visit.
The ones we see most: a main door placed for the road rather than the plot, a kitchen or toilet in the north-east, and a heavy structure over the centre of the home. Buying remedies before taking a compass reading is the other one. Most are correctable without demolition.
