Privacy policy

This page explains what Vivant Properties does with the details you share on this website, and what it does not do. It is written plainly because that is how we work.

What we collect

• When you fill in a form: your name, phone number, the city you are in, what you need help with, and anything you write in the message box. Email is optional.
• When you use the AI Vastu Check: the floor plan you upload, the north direction you mark, the property type and your contact details.
• When you call or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to tell us, in the normal way of a conversation.
• When you browse: the usual technical information a website receives, such as the pages you open and the type of device, collected through analytics tags described below.

What we use it for

To respond to your request, and for nothing else. Your details reach the expert so that the call back, the visit or the online session can happen. If you asked about a property, we may come back to you when a unit that fits appears. If you would rather we did not, tell us once and we stop.

We do not sell your details, share them with other dealers or consultants, or add you to a list you did not ask to join. A floor plan you upload is used only for your own check and is not shown to anyone outside the practice.

Where it is stored

Form and AI-check submissions are stored in the customer records system we use to manage enquiries, and uploaded floor plans are stored on the hosting provider's file storage. Both are commercial services with their own security measures. We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on work we have done together. Ask us to delete them and we will.

Analytics and advertising tags

The site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising measurement, so that we can see which pages help people and whether our campaigns work. These tags run only with your consent. For visitors in India the default is on, and you can turn it off at any time. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom the default is off until you choose. Your choice is remembered in your browser. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

Two small cookies belong to the site itself: one that remembers which region you are visiting from, so the right consent default applies, and one that remembers your consent choice. Neither identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact page or send a note through the contact page. We answer these requests ourselves, not through a form letter.

Children

This site is for adults choosing or arranging a home or workplace. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under eighteen.

Changes to this page

If the way we use your details changes, this page changes with it. The governing law for this policy is the law of Haryana, India.
