These are the terms on which Vivant Properties provides its services and runs this website. They are short because the way we work is simple: a fixed package, a written price, practical advice.

What the services are

We provide vastu consultations for homes, offices, shops and industrial plots, in person in Gurgaon and by video call elsewhere, and property advisory for buyers and sellers on the Dwarka Expressway. Each service is a package with a set scope, listed on the pricing page.

Prices and payment

• Every package has one price. It depends on the type and size of the property and is confirmed to you in writing before any visit or call is booked.
• The price does not change because of what the reading finds. Any remedy the expert suggests is a suggestion, and buying it is never a condition of the service.
• Property advisory works on a fixed brokerage percentage, stated in writing before any site visit.
• If you need to move a visit, tell us as early as you can and we will find another slot.

What the advice is, and is not

Vastu advice describes what a layout does and what can be corrected. It is practical guidance on direction, light, air and the placement of rooms. It is not a guarantee of health, wealth, happiness or any other outcome, and we never present it as one. Decisions about your home, your money and your family remain yours.

Property advice draws on the market as we see it and on the documents we can check. It is not a promise that prices will rise, that a project will be delivered on a date, or that a unit will suit you. We check what can be checked, tell you what we found, and recommend a lawyer for the paperwork.

The AI Vastu Check gives a first-pass read from a floor plan. It is a starting point for a conversation with the expert, not a verdict.

Property advisory

Our real estate agent registration details are shared in writing with every property client before any site visit. Project details on this site, including prices, possession dates and registration numbers, are shown only once confirmed, and are marked when they are still being verified. Always check the RERA record and the sale documents with your lawyer before you pay.

Using this website

These terms are governed by the law of Haryana, India. If something goes wrong, tell us first; most things are sorted with a call.
