Most people who book an online vastu consultation cannot bring the consultant to the door. You may live in Pune or Kochi, or in London, New Jersey or Dubai with a flat in India that your parents live in. Or you may be in Gurgaon and want a quick answer on a plan before a site visit. The question is the same: does this layout work, and if not, what can be done?
The person answering has spent twenty years in both vastu and property. That matters more online than in person. A consultant who knows only vastu tells you what the plan says. One who has also bought, sold and checked homes tells you what is realistic to change in a builder flat, what a landlord will allow, and when the honest advice is to walk away before you pay.

A vastu reading needs a scaled floor plan, a reliable compass bearing from the centre of the home, and someone who knows how to divide the plan into zones and read each room against its zone. All three travel well over WhatsApp and a video call. What you lose is the expert standing in the room. What you gain is a call that fits your time zone, wherever the home is.

This is the most common reason people book. The home feels off, or you have read that a kitchen in the north-east is worth correcting. We look at the whole layout, not one room, and sort what we find into three lists: what is fine and should be left alone, what can be corrected without touching a wall, and what would need structural work. Many homes end up with a short second list and nothing on the third. Corrections are practical: which bedroom the couple uses, which way the bed faces, where the stove sits, where the study desk goes, what to move out of the north-east.

How it works
Six steps from first message to follow-up, the same method the expert uses on site in Gurgaon.
Step 1
Send a message on WhatsApp or the form with your city, the type of home and what is on your mind. We confirm the package, the fixed price and a call slot that suits your time zone.
Step 2
You share the floor plan, photos and the family details listed above. We check the plan is readable and to scale, and ask for anything missing before the analysis begins.
Step 3
You, or someone at the home, take a compass reading at the centre of the flat facing the main door, plus a second from the balcony. We guide you through it if needed. This bearing sets north on the plan and everything else follows from it.
Step 4
The expert divides the plan into zones by direction and reads each room against its zone: main door, kitchen, master bedroom, toilets, pooja space, study and the centre of the home. He marks what is fine, what to correct without construction, and what would need structural work.
Step 5
On the call the expert walks you through the marked-up plan room by room, answers your questions, and agrees the corrections with you in a practical order. Family members in other cities or countries can join the same call.
Step 6
After the call you receive the marked plan and written notes with each correction. Make the changes at your own pace, then send photos. The expert reviews them and confirms, or adjusts, with no second fee for that follow-up.

Yes. The entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and toilets of a flat all sit in a direction and all can be checked. What you cannot change is the tower's orientation and the shared walls, which is why a check before you buy is worth more than one after.
