Vastu for factory in Gurgaon, Manesar and the NCR industrial belt

Vastu for a factory starts with the plot: which way the gates open, where heavy machinery sits, where the boiler and the water go. We audit running units and new plans in Gurgaon, Manesar and the industrial belt around them, at a fixed price by plot size, with corrections you can phase around production.

Who this page is for

You own or run a manufacturing unit, a warehouse or an industrial plot, and you want it checked for vastu by someone who understands both the layout and the land. Twenty years across vastu and property means the advice covers the plot, the approach road, the gates and the sheds, not only a temple corner near the office.

A factory is not a large house. Load, heat, water and the movement of goods shape it, and vastu for a factory is about where each of those four sits on the plot. Get them in sensible zones and the rest, from the office block to the guard cabin, follows with less effort.

What a factory vastu audit looks at

We read a factory in the order it was built: plot first, then the heavy items, then the services, then the people. Each has a zone where it sits well. Most units have one or two items in the wrong zone, and those are the ones we mark for correction.

The main zones we check on an industrial plot
ItemWhere it sits wellWhat we check
Plot orientation and gatesEntry from the north, east or north-east boundaryPlot facing, main gate, goods gate, vehicle movement inside
Heavy machinery and loadSouth-west, south or westPresses, CNC lines, compressors, heavy racks, thick foundations
Boiler, furnace and electricalSouth-eastBoiler house, furnace, generator, transformer, main panel
Water, borewell and ETPNorth-east or northUnderground tank, borewell, effluent treatment plant, drainage slope
Raw material storeNorth-west, or west for heavy stockIncoming stock and its route to the line
Finished goods and dispatchNorth-west, close to the goods gateStock that should leave quickly, a dispatch bay clear of the inward route
Office blockNorth, east or north-eastOwner's cabin in the block's south-west, accounts in the north, reception at the entry
Labour quarters and canteenNorth-west or south-eastRest rooms, canteen, any quarters on the plot, kept out of the north-east
Weighbridge and guard cabinNear the gate, not in the north-east cornerWeighbridge pit, security cabin, truck parking

The centre of the plot matters too. We prefer it open or lightly built, used for movement rather than for a heavy shed or a water tank. A shed across the centre is a common finding and there are ways to work with it. Read what vastu-compliant actually means for the standard behind the words compliant, largely compliant and review.

Why Gurgaon and the industrial belt around it

Factory plots around Gurgaon sit in the industrial areas that ring the city, from Manesar outward. Each area has its own plot shapes and road frontages, and the reading starts from the plot you actually have, not from a textbook square.

Being based in Gurgaon keeps a site visit simple. If you also live along the Dwarka Expressway, in a sector such as Sector 108 or Sector 111, the home audit and the factory audit can come from one conversation. The vastu consultant in Gurgaon page covers homes; this page covers the plant.

Two doors in

Fix a running unit

A running factory cannot stop for vastu, and we do not ask it to. The audit is done around production, with compass readings at the plot centre and inside each shed. The report sorts corrections into three groups: what can move this week without touching the line, what waits for the next planned shutdown, and what stays because moving it costs more than it returns.

Typical first-phase items are the water tank, the guard cabin, the scrap yard, the owner's seat in the office block and the way the main gate opens. Boilers, transformers and foundations come later, if at all. We walk the sequence with your plant head so nothing is planned that the shop floor cannot live with.

Plan a new unit at the drawing stage

If you have bought or are about to buy an industrial plot, the cheapest time for vastu is before the sheds are drawn. We review the plot orientation, gate positions and shed layout with your architect, and mark the zones for machinery, services, storage and the office block on the site plan. The architect keeps design control; we keep the zones right.

This also works before you commit to a plot. If you are choosing between two or three, send the site plans and we will say which one is easier to lay out well. From outside Gurgaon, the online vastu consultation handles industrial drawings as well as homes.

Fixed-price packages by plot size

Factory audits are priced by plot size, up to one acre and over one acre, so you know the fee before the visit. There is no quote stage and no 'it depends'. Both packages cover the plot, gates, machinery zones, services, storage and the office block; the larger one adds shed-by-shed zoning and a second visit after corrections. The full list is on the pricing page. If the office block is the main concern, the vastu for office in Gurgaon audit may be the better fit.

The expert

Every factory audit is done by the same person: twenty years across vastu and property, based in Gurgaon, working on homes, plots, offices and industrial units. The report says what the plot does and what to correct, in an order the production calendar can live with. Nothing is promised beyond a layout that supports the work.

How it works

How a factory vastu audit works

Six steps from your first message to a written, phased correction plan for a running unit or a new industrial plot.

  1. Step 1

Send the plot plan and a few photos

Share the site plan, the shed layout if there is one, and photos of the gate, boundary and main sheds on WhatsApp or the form. Tell us whether the unit is running or still on paper.

  2. Step 2

Fix the price by plot size

We confirm which package applies, up to one acre or over, and send the fee in writing. Nothing changes after the visit.

  3. Step 3

    Site visit and compass readings

The expert takes readings at the plot centre, at each gate and inside each shed, and walks the route material takes from gate to dispatch. For a new plot, it is a walk of the boundary with the architect's drawing in hand.

  4. Step 4

Zone map of the whole plot

Every major item is marked against its direction: gates, machinery, boiler and electrical, water and ETP, stores, office block, labour area and weighbridge. You see at a glance what sits well.

  5. Step 5

Written report with a phased sequence

The report lists corrections in three groups: now, at the next shutdown, and leave as is. Each item says what it does and why it is in that group. For a new unit, the report goes back to your architect as marked-up drawings.

  6. Step 6

    Walk-through with your plant head

We go through the sequence with whoever runs the floor so the plan fits the production calendar. On the over-one-acre package, a second visit follows after the corrections are made.

Questions people ask

Which direction is good for a factory as per vastu?

A plot with its main entry from the north, east or north-east is the easiest to lay out. Plots facing south or west can work well too; what matters more is where the gate sits along that boundary and where the heavy sheds, the boiler and the water go inside.

Where should machinery be placed in a factory as per vastu?

Heavy machinery and heavy load sit best in the south-west, south or west of the plot, where a thick foundation and solid mass suit the layout. Lighter, fast-moving lines can sit more centrally. The north-east is kept light and open, with water rather than weight.

Where should the boiler or furnace be in a factory as per vastu?

The south-east. That is the zone for heat and power, so the boiler house, furnace, generator, transformer and main electrical panel are grouped there where the plot allows. If an existing boiler sits elsewhere, we usually leave it and correct around it, since moving one is a major job.

Which direction is best for the factory main gate?

A gate opening from the north, east or north-east is the most straightforward. On a south- or west-facing plot the position of the gate along the wall matters more than the wall itself, and we mark the better stretch on the plan. The goods gate and the staff gate are looked at separately.

Can vastu corrections be done in a running factory?

Yes. Most first-phase corrections in a running unit involve the water tank, guard cabin, scrap area, office seating and the gate, none of which stop production. Larger items wait for a planned shutdown or stay as they are. The report puts every item in one of those three groups.

How much does a vastu consultant charge for a factory?

Most consultants quote after a visit. We price by plot size, up to one acre or over one acre, and send the fixed fee in writing before anyone travels. The packages are listed on the pricing page.
