Sobha City is the sector. It is a large apartment township with a central park, a lakelet, a cricket ground and two clubhouses, sold in phases with the final phase called Vista Residences.
Palam Vihar's markets and the schools of Sector 109 are close, and the airport is a short run up the expressway. The reserved greens are the sector's own open space.
