Sector 102 is the most searched sector on the Dwarka Expressway, home to Emaar Imperial Gardens, Gurgaon Greens, Joyville and Adani Oyster Grande. It mixes high-rise apartments with the plotted township of BPTP Amstoria.
Sector 102 sits on the Dwarka Expressway with Sector 103 on one side and Sector 101 on the other, near the Basai and Daultabad villages. The airport is reached by the expressway northward, and NH-48 is a short drive south.
This is the corridor's busiest apartment sector. Emaar's Imperial Gardens and Gurgaon Greens, Shapoorji Pallonji's Joyville and Adani's Oyster Grande all sit here, and BPTP Amstoria adds a large plotted township for buyers who want to build.
Sector 103 next door is drawing new launches from Godrej and Signature Global, and Sector 104 beyond it holds ATS Triumph and Godrej Summit. Daily shops, schools and clinics have followed the residents in.
