Sector 103 sits on the Dwarka Expressway between Sector 102 and Sector 104, near the Daultabad flyover. It is an apartment sector with Signature Global Grand Iva, Indiabulls Centrum Park and the newer Godrej Vrikshya.
Sector 103 lies on the Dwarka Expressway in the north-west of Gurgaon, next to Sectors 102 and 104 and close to the Daultabad flyover. The expressway runs north to the Delhi border and south to NH-48.
Housing here is apartments across price bands. Signature Global Grand Iva serves the affordable end, Indiabulls Centrum Park the mid segment, and Godrej Vrikshya is a newer premium launch built around a planted, low-density layout.
Sector 102's established towers supply shops and schools, and Sector 104's clubs and markets are within a short drive. Signum 103 gives the sector its own retail street.
