Sector 106 fronts the Dwarka Expressway in the middle of the Gurgaon stretch, with Sector 105 on one side and Sector 109 on the other. The Gurgaon railway station is a short drive away, and the airport is reached by the expressway northward.
This is a premium apartment sector. Godrej Meridien and Paras Dews are the established towers, and Elan The Presidential is a newer high-rise launch directly on the expressway. Sobha Altus adds another premium scheme.
Sector 109 next door has Euro International School and Manipal Hospital, and the retail at Conscient One is within reach. NH-48, Sohna Road and Golf Course Road are all reachable by the sector roads.
