Puri Diplomatic Residences is a low-density high-rise scheme in Sector 111 on the Dwarka Expressway. It offers large three-and-a-half- and four-and-a-half-bedroom homes across six towers.
The method
A project is not one layout. Puri Diplomatic Residences has towers with several unit plans on each floor, and two flats in the same tower can differ completely on vastu: the unit on one corner opens to a different direction from the unit on the opposite corner, and their kitchens and toilets fall in different zones. So we check the unit you are considering, not the brochure.
We take the floor plan of the specific unit, confirm north on site or from the tower plan, and mark the eight directions on it.
