Sector 111, Dwarka Expressway
M3M Crown is a high-rise apartment scheme in Sector 111 on the Dwarka Expressway. It offers three- and four-bedroom homes in towers set around a waterfront clubhouse.
The method
A project is not one layout. M3M Crown has towers with several unit plans on each floor, and two flats in the same tower can differ completely on vastu: the unit on one corner opens to a different direction from the unit on the opposite corner, and their kitchens and toilets fall in different zones. So we check the unit you are considering, not the brochure.
We take the floor plan of the specific unit, confirm north on site or from the tower plan, and mark the eight directions on it. What comes back is a written verdict: what the layout does, what can be corrected without demolition, and what cannot be changed. The tower's orientation in Sector 111 is fixed, so if the answer is "look at another unit", it is better to hear it before you pay the booking amount.
If you want a first pass on your own, the AI Vastu Check reads the plan and gives a starting verdict that the expert confirms. Our articles on the main door, the kitchen and the toilets explain what each check looks for.
At a glance
Vastu status
Every status on this site is set only after the expert has looked at the plans. Until then it reads "Not yet checked". It is never taken from a portal, a listing count or a developer's brochure, and we do not upgrade a status from memory. If the status here is not yet confirmed, the pre-purchase check on your unit is the way to get a firm answer.
Fixed price
One package, one written price before we start. The fee is adjusted against the home visit if you go ahead and buy.
You have shortlisted a flat or plot on the Dwarka Expressway and want to know before you pay.

Per unit.
Get the floor plan, confirm north on site with a compass, and check four things: where the main door opens, where the kitchen sits, where the master bedroom is, and where the toilets fall. The AI Vastu Check does this first pass in minutes; the expert confirms it.
RERA registration, the developer's delivery record, the exact unit's orientation, what the balcony faces, and the vastu of the layout. The last one is the easiest to skip and the hardest to fix later.
Yes. The entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and toilets of a flat all have directions and all can be checked. Some things cannot be changed in a flat, which is why the check belongs before the purchase.
There is no direction a flat cannot face. What matters is the layout inside: a south-west entrance, a kitchen in the north-east or a toilet in the north-east are the placements we look at first, and most have practical corrections.
Next step
Send us the floor plan and the tower and unit number. The expert checks the layout, tells you what it does and what can be corrected, and says plainly whether to go ahead.
