Where Sector 88A sits

Sector 88A is one of the plotted sectors that fill the triangle between the Dwarka Expressway, NH-48 and Pataudi Road. It sits with Sectors 88B and 89A in Vatika's second township, a short drive from the Kherki Daula end of the expressway.

What kind of housing

This is plot country. Vatika India Next 2 and Vatika Express City sell residential plots in a range of sizes, some under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. Builder floors follow on many of these plots, so the sector is slowly turning from open land into streets of low-rise homes.

What is nearby

Pataudi Road and NH-48 are the two working links, with the expressway a few minutes away. The established Vatika India Next township in Sectors 82 to 85 provides the shops, clubs and schools that the newer sectors do not yet have.
